- Never recycle a personalized entry back into the pool (secret leak) - Replenish counts only unclaimed ready + provisioning entries - Add allocated_to / provisioned_at columns to the schema table - Add Content-Type headers, pin image by digest, org-scoped token note - Clarify volume/machine host co-location, health-check exit_code, region buckets
